Leanne joined the firm in October 2007 after years in the secondary mortgage market, a career in office administration and retail business.

Born and raised to family farmers and local business owners, she prides herself on her strong work ethic. She has the drive and determination to motivate the team and manage the office effectively.

As Operations Manager, she has taken her years of customer service, account management, and high attention to detail to oversee daily business functions. Client service and satisfaction is the main goal of keeping the balance in an enjoyable work environment.

In her spare time, Leanne prefers to be outdoors as much as possible and play with her dog.
